Nier Automata Lvl 99 Arena Easy Win
If you have the 3C3C1D119440927 DLC installed, you will receive a message through access point sometime during the game. Reading it triggers the special sidequest, Mysterious Letter. It will allow access to those elevators that were previously blocked by Apologetic Machines. There are 3 of these special areaas; each one leads to a battle arena.
Should you choose to participate, there will be 6 ranks available to compete in and you must win in all of them to finish the sidequest. After besting the S rank battles, a special rank becomes available. The enemies here are at level 130 so you might want to level up quite a bit before attempting these.

Gambler's Colosseum
The elevator leading to this arena is in the Flooded City, behind the building near the missile launcher. Rewards for winning the competitions are mostly cosmetic items such as hair colors, plus costumes from the original Nier.
Complete the S rank challenge and you'll get the Revealing Outfit. There's a chest holding the Emil Bullets skin in one of the rooms too, but I'm not quite sure if it can be accessed without winning the S rank challenge.
Trial of Sand
This arena is in the middle of the desert, and is accessible to any of the three characters. There are also special rules to be followed during the matches here so I went with 9S as his hacking skills make things easier.
For rewards, you'll get mostly high level plugin chips. Complete the S rank challenge to receive the Destroyer Outfit.
Underground Colosseum
The elevator to this arena is behind the waterfall in the Forest Kingdom. Only 9S is allowed to enter and participate in the arena, as the battles are fought using remote-controlled machines. It is recommended to equip Hijack Boost chips signing up to fight.

You are given the opportunity to choose which machine to use during the competitions, and I would suggest sticking with the Small Flyer for all six events. For costumes, you will receive the Young Man's Outfit after winning the Rank 1 event.
To fight the CEOs, head to the Flooded City arena and speak to the Resistance Secretary at the top of the spectator stands. Tell her you "want to fight you-know-who" several times then say "immersion schmimmersion" twice. You will be rewarded with the CEO Masks, CEO Bullets skin and the CEO Record for winning that battle.
Mysterious Invitation
After completing the S Rank challenges for all three colosseums, you will receive another anonymous email which opens up the secret basement area in the amusement park.
Head right over and speak to the machine lifeform guarding the elevator. You will not be able to proceed without saving so let him do it.
Check the blue monitor among the white ones in the room below, then go through all the logs detailing certain events in the life of Plato 1728. You will get a new ending for completing this segment by the way.
